Omnidirectional antennas like the Air 360 simplify setup but generally won’t match a well-aimed amplified directional unit at the edge of coverage. Expecting one antenna to pull stations from 80 miles out through hills is unrealistic, and swapping hardware won’t change that.
A few other things to verify: confirm the antenna is rated for VHF/UHF broadcast bands rather than satellite service, and confirm your power source is the RV’s 12-volt system rather than a household AC setup without conversion.
